The Artist
Welcome! My name is Melanee Wood.
I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in Sequential Art and a minor in Animation.I'm a freelancer artist who specializes in digital illustration, character design, and graphic design. Additionally, I also have a keen interest in working for toy design, game design, comics, and animation.I enjoy improving my art and design skills as well as creating my own worlds and stories, with the goal to turn them into illustrated novels, graphic novels, and children's books.

The Mascot
Meet my original character and mascot, Rayne!She once started off as a husky in her earliest incarnation, later was a wolf, and then a wolf-panther hybrid. And nowadays, she has settled into her new form--a fluffy dragon, embodying and representing my love of both animals and fantasy creatures.Personality wise, she's very outgoing and adventurous. She loves exploring new and different possibilities. Even when she's not the best, Rayne always strives to do her best.

Before ordering your commission, please read through the following information below first. Once you've read them fully, fill out the order form.

General
I reserve the right to accept or decline a commission at my discretion.
All commissioned artworks will NOT be used for NFTs, A.I. generation, and/or earn crypto currency.
The client does NOT have rights to heavily edit, remove watermark, or claim the work as their own.
Please do not redistribute or resell commissioned artwork, unless otherwise stated.
Any commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only! An exception will be made if the artwork is made for commercial use of which a licensing fee will be charged.
Any commissioned artwork must be given proper credit to the artist.
I reserve all rights to use any commissioned works for portfolio use and commission examples.
Payments and Funds
I accept PayPal only and all prices are in USD! I will send you an invoice when all the commission details are finalized.
I require full payment upfront for all commissions.
For commissions over $75 (excluding additional fees), I can work out a payment plan based on the total price before starting work on it.
If for any reason you would like a refund and your commission has not started, I can offer you a full refund, or a partial refund if the sketching phase has already begun.
No refunds will be given once the inking and coloring phase of your commission has started.
Art Process
Please provide a reference of the character/subject you wish for me to draw. If you do not have a reference available, then provide a very detailed description of the character/subject in question.
Depending on the complexity of the design, I will charge an additional $20 to $50 per hour.
There will be no major changes after the completion of your commission. If there is anything you would like altered, please feel free to let me know before completion.
Minor edits are allowed during the sketch to coloring process. For any moderate to major changes, you are allowed a total of three changes during the sketching and process phase of your commission. Afterwards, there will be charged an additional fee of $20 to $65, depending on the complexity.
In general, I do my best to complete commissions in a timely manner between two weeks to three months. If you want your commission to be done within a certain timeframe, please let me know beforehand to insure it will be done on time.
Please have patience with me as I complete your commission. Real life situations sometimes crop up unexpectedly, and if such events occur that impede the progress of your commission, I will let you know.
